Making our website accessible to all
Our website is designed to implement the recommendations of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as published by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
GreenState Credit Union is committed to making information regarding our products and services accessible to all members
The WCAG guidelines for compliance are widely recognized accessibility standards suggested by the U.S. Department of Justice for website accessibility. We endeavor to adhere to these guidelines which are determined by the W3C, the consortium that determines development standards for the Internet, worldwide. As the guidelines are promulgated by the W3C, we will strive to update or amend from time to time.
We have used a variety of methods for assessing accessibility and continue to conduct accessibility reviews of our website. We strive to make every page accessible to users but cannot guarantee that every page is compliant. If you encounter any accessibility barrier, or if you are using assistive technology and are having difficulty, please call our Member Assistance Center at (800)-397-3790.
You can ask about any product information or make any service requests that are available via our website. You can also stop by any of our branch locations and we can help you in person with any of your information or service requests.
