Lost or Stolen Cards
If your GreenState credit or debit card is lost or stolen, use the GreenState mobile app or log in to Online Banking to report it to our team.
How to report your lost or stolen card:
- Log in to the app or Online Banking
- Select “Manage Cards”
- Select “Card Controls”
- Select the card that is lost or stolen
- Under “Card Controls” header, select “Report lost or stolen”
Upon selection, you’ll be asked to provide details, such as where your card went missing, the date it went missing, and whether you’ve experienced any fraudulent activity. Once we have the details, we will cancel your current card and issue a new card.
