The types of personal information we collect and share depend on the product or service you have with us. This information can include:
- Social Security number and income
- Transaction history and account balances
- Payment history and credit card or other debt
When you are no longer a member, we continue to share your information as described in this notice.
If you’ve used our Online Banking service, we may have collected, used, and / or disclosed the following categories of Personal Information about you for our business purpose(s):
- Personal and online identifiers (e.g. name, email address, postal address, IP address, unique identifiers)
- Certain identifying Personal Information (e.g., address, telephone number, financial account numbers, other financial information)
- Transaction information (e.g. records of transactions made through Online Banking, Zelle, Bill Pay, etc.)
- Internet or other electronic network activity information (e.g. your interactions with Online Banking)
- Geolocation information
- Sensitive Personal Information (i.e. precise geolocation)
- Other information about you that is linked to the Personal Information above (e.g., information you associate with your Zelle profile like a profile photo or your contact / recipient list)

In the section below, we list the reasons financial companies can share their members' personal information; the reasons GreenState Credit Union chooses to share; and whether you can limit this sharing.

Please note: If you are a new member, we can begin sharing your information 30 days from the date we sent this notice. When you are no longer our member, we continue to share your information as described in this notice.
