Making Payments

Online Banking Payments

Payments can be made for free in Online Banking with either External Transfer, Internal Transfers, or our Online Payment Center (Free via ACH/eCheck, fee of $10 applies when paying with a Debit Card). 

Phone Payments

• Loan payments can be made by phone by calling in at 319-339-1000 or 800-397-3790.
  
  • Payments can be made by phone with a debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover only), or with your Account and Routing number from another institution. A convenience fee of $25 - $26.50 will be applied depending on your chosen payment method and loan type.
• Payments for GreenState Credit Cards can be made by phone for free by calling 1-800-234-5354.
