If you're having trouble finding your number please give us a call at (800) 397-3790.

You will use your member number to register for online banking and to find your account in the online payment center.

  • What loans can I make payments on here?

    You can make payments on:

    • Auto Loans
    • Personal Loans
    • Mortgages
    • Manufactured Home Loans
    • Home Equity Loans
    • Home Equity Lines of Credit
    • Commercial Loans
  • What payment methods are accepted?

You can make payments via the Online Payment Center with a Visa or Mastercard debit card, or with a checking account by entering your routing and account number.

  • Are there any fees for online payments?

There is a $10.00 convenience fee to make a loan payment with a debit card.  This fee will be added on to your loan payment amount.

Payments made via a checking account with your routing and account number are free.

  • Why are the amounts listed in my Payment Amount and Due Now sections different than my normal monthly payment?

The Payment Amount shown is the minimum amount required to be paid by your next due date. It may show as more or less than your normal monthly payment, but by clicking in the Payment Amount field you can edit the amount to what you would like to pay.

If you are past due on your payment, even if only a day, the Payment Amount and Due Now fields will show the past due amount and the next payment due combined. You can choose to only pay the past due amount (edit the payment amount) and pay the remaining amount later.

If you pay ahead on your loan, or make partial payments throughout the month, the Payment Amount and Due Now fields may show an amount less than your normal monthly payment, this is normal as the remainder is the portion still required to be paid by the next due date.
