With 15 years of mortgage experience, I have seen many changes in the industry and helped a multitude of clients overcome several challenges. The key to my success is consistent communication with clients and business partners. This philosophy allows me to set proper expectations, meet deadlines, and keep all parties informed and happy throughout the loan process.

Although the mortgage industry appears to be a long way from the English degree I earned at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana and is certainly a completely different career path than the restaurant I managed in the small harbor town of Skagway, Alaska, I believe that these experiences helped me understand how to listen and exceed clients' needs.

Ultimately, I strive to cultivate a relationship-based experience and partnership with my clients and referral partners while providing an array of loan programs with extremely low rates and fees.
