When I am not helping others with their home purchase, I love spending time with my wife of 34 years, hanging out in the backyard of our own home and working to improve my own spaces, which is one of the best parts of homeownership. On any given weekend, you are likely to find me on my patio with an enjoyable book; or a tool in my hand working on some kind of home improvement project.
