Online Banking Maintenance Alert - Our Online Banking will undergo scheduled maintenance on Sunday, February 23rd between 6:00 AM until approximately 12:00 PM CT. Secure Email

If private information is ever communicated to you by our staff we will send it via a Secure Email. 

Examples of private information that we can only send via Secure Email are:

  • Full name
  • Social Security Number (SSN)
  • Driver’s license
  • Mailing address
  • Credit card information
  • Passport information
  • Financial information
  • Medical records

Experience for Recipients of Secure Email

  1. When you receive an encrypted email and your email is not with Microsoft, it will look like this: 
  2. After clicking Read the message, you will need to either sign in with a Google account, or sign-in with a One-time passcode. 
    1. Clicking Sign in with Google will prompt them for their Google account credentials, and you will be able to view the secure message, download any attachments, and reply to the email. 
    2. Clicking Sign in with a One-time passcode will email you a passcode and you will be taken to a screen to input that passcode. Once you enter the passcode you received, you will be able to view the secure message, download any attachments, and reply to the email.
