- Referred individual must be 18 or older and open a new checking account with GreenState Credit Union. Offer is valid for new memberships only.
- New member must mention they were referred at account opening.
- Once the new checking account meets the qualifications (listed below), $50** will be directly deposited to both the referring and referred members. If the new account does not meet the qualifications within 90 days, the bonus will not be paid.
- Offer is void if referred individual is:
- An existing GreenState member or was a member at any time in the previous 6 months.
- A joint owner on any GreenState deposit accounts.
- Living in the same household as the referring member
- Bonus cannot be combined with other GreenState promotional offers.

*Checking Account Requirements for Refer a Friend Bonus
Open a new active Free Checking, Rewards Checking, RewardsPlus Checking or Access Checking account and mention you were referred. $50 bonus will be directly deposited to both parties' account 45 to 60 days after the new checking account is opened and it is determined that the account is active and in good standing. Active is defined as a minimum of 12 transactions per month which can include debit card transactions, ACH transfers, ATM deposits or withdrawals, check deposits or withdrawals. For RewardsPlus accounts, credit card transactions will count towards the activity requirement.
